You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Inner-wear, socks and any category marked non-returnable are excluded
How to Initiate a Return
Email shreeharicreatiion@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order reference number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Return Pickup / Shipment
Depending on your location, either a reverse pickup will be arranged or you may be asked to self-ship the item to our warehouse.
Quality Inspection
Once received, returned items are inspected. If they meet the eligibility criteria, your refund will be initiated as per our Refund Policy.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items with signs of wear, wash, damage or missing tags
- Items purchased during clearance or marked "final sale"
