Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed for approved returns that meet the criteria set out in our Return Policy.
Refund Method
Since all orders are placed on Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer (NEFT / UPI) after collecting your account details over email in a secure manner.
Processing Time
- Quality inspection: within 3 business days of receiving the returned item
- Refund initiation: within 2 business days of inspection
- Amount credited: typically within 5–7 business days after initiation
Deductions
Where a reverse pickup is arranged, a nominal courier fee may be deducted from the refund. This will be communicated in advance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
